R34 Xenon Headlights

Does anyone know where I could get a pair of head lights with Xenon for a r34 I have spoken to the guy who did the compliance for my car but he is not willing to give me back the parts he took out unless I pay him so I was wondering if I could get the parts for the xenon on here...

Don't you love that, they charge you compliance fees to modify your lights, remove part of it, then try to sell it back to you *double dip $$$*

What workshop complied your car??? What he is doing is completely illegal... DOTRS can issue him with BIG fines if you were to make a complaint! I hate workshops that rip people off as i was once ripped off big-time!
