hi all iam in the middle of instaling but now hit a brick wall. theres two knock sensors on the ecu but theres only 1 wire on the safc. any help would br great thank heaps

My friend asked this question a couple of days ago on here and his answer was that you need to wire it up to both as each wire on the ECU runs 3 cylinders. So you need to wire the SAFC wire up to both.

Cheers

Chris

ya you only hook it upto 1 sensor.. as per the instruction manual :D

if the 1 sensor doesnt work, jus try the other one

I reckon if you wire it up to both then you will effectively be shorting the connection between the two unless you put diods in line so the signal can't go from one line to the other.

I don't know that this will actually matter though since a knock is a knock no matter which sensor heard it first.
