Converting My R34 Gtt To Manual

hey guys,

The old man just yesterday payed for my r34 which is coming down from japan (WOHHOO best 19th bday present anyone could get i reckon)

Anyways i currently own a r33 manual, and unfortunately my dad saw dis 34 he liked (hes an importer) and bought me a nice lookin auto tiptronic one

I havent been in a tiptronic r34 so from anyones experience how does the tiptronic go? in terms of response, power etc.

Also havent told my dad yet lol, but i wouldnt mind converting it to manual once i get it complianced etc etc, anyone got a clue how much a r34 manual gearbox goes for? not including labour as hopefulli my dad will get around to doin it.

heres a pic if your wondering what it looks like, few scratches n dints but nothing a respray cant fix.

Hey dude, congrats on getting the 34. Not many people are as lucky as you .

I'm also wondering how much will the conversion of Auto to Manual cost on the 34. Correct me if i;m wrong but i think we could use a 33 gearbox on the 34 to cut costs? Can anyone verify that for us?

Can someone recommend a place to do the conersion in Melbourne as well?
