I sold my last car with finance still on it, Vicroads and my bank did not have a problem with this as I explained that the instant the cheque cleared, the remaining finance would be paid in full. I make no assertions as to whether this was the correct info gioven to me by the bank and Vicroads but I had no trouble selling a registered vehicle still under finance at all </my2cents>

I hope you get your car back chief, I also hope you have insurance (mine is only a week or so away phew!).

Milky, maybe u didnt read it properly? it says TRACK CAR..meaning it will not be registered on the road. meaning it will be de registered and address will not exsist if u noe how to do it. meaning the car will not be reposessed. seriously? im a victim here, dont treat me like im a con man justl ike the freakin previous owner alrite? smarty pants

Spread the word around I arrested SkylineSteve. Yes he did get 6 months jail. What I want to do is anyone that has been ripped off by this guy contact me so I can do something about it. Beware that I may not be able to help everyone.
