Help With Mongoose Alarm

Hey,

I have a Mongoose M80 alarm/immobiliser, and I have just replaced my battery. Before doing so I disabled the alarm with the key provided (my car was locked/immobilised at this time). I fitted the new battery, and now when I attempt to rearm the thing with the key it keeps blaring with the battery backup siren. I try every possible combo on the remote to no avail.

The battery is definately connected correctly, as I can turn headlights on etc. Has anybody come across this at all? If so... what should I do to fix the thing?

did you disturb any wiring when you pulled the battery?

Nah turns out it was a bloody fuse it's all back to normal now.
