Take your car to a couple of exhaust shops.

Talk to them about what you want.

Custom exhaust manifolds can often be between $1000 and $1500 depending on material and complexity.

Performance Exhaust in Ringwood is very good and have done many custom systems for many types of cars and the guys are very user friendly.

yeah ringwood performance exhaust is spot on.

you can speak to GCG to get a suitable flange adapter of have the exhaust shop make one to suit, is the turbo to suit SR20?

it may not work as well on an RB setup if it is to suit the SR20

I'll get you the guy a few people i know have used as some more handy help.

Will take me a day or so.

But a manifold, as stated, is going to cost around $1500.

However, the GCG manifolds for $1100 are of quite good quality. I was looking at once for a while before i went RB26.

back later with info :)

sorry guys havnt had net access 4 qute some time. but i got in touch with 6boost as i coincidentally found him while on the VL forums (now who said Vl owners were useless lol jk). some of the manifolds he has fabircated are very impressive and he has a "semi" low mount stiyle on which he can fit a turbo as large as a 30/40 without any issues and as it will be a custom item which comes with all gaskets, lines, 48 mm tial gat and a matcihing flange for around $1200 i think its the go. as for the high mount and polished cover, i would REALLY like this, however 2 my knowledge modifying ur turbo is illegal isnt it? i may be wrong but thats just what iv heard, so IMO sticking with the semi lowmount will somewhat hide it from some less mechanically enclined police officers.

also the HKS 3037s is off of a 180, and comes with a 0.87 rear housing. could this impede it performance? iv read up a bit and according 2 what iv heard the .87 rear housing is the perfect match for an rb25. i still havnt picked up the turbo due to the owner being away until the end of the month so if there is a problem, could cancel the purchase
