Can Someone Explain This To Me?

I recently got my new wheels on they look great but on the front 1 of the wheels sticks out futher than the other.

I checked the wheel stats and they are both the same size width and offset.

I also checked the spacers i needed to see if they were a different size but they are the same aswell.

Has anyone got any idea what could be causing this to happen cause it looks silly.

How do you mean sticks out further? Like the wheel protrudes past the guard more on one side then the other? or does the wheel on one side stick forward more then the other?

How much do you reckon it sticks 'out' by?

On one side the wheel protrudes past the guard by about 5mm to 1cm the other wheel just tucks into the guard

perhaps wheel alignment is out, or car has been in an accident in past life, or guards / front bar is warped/different.

different guards maybe? highly unlikey but ya never know..

have you swapped the front rims over to see if the result is different/same?

Ill try swapping them over tomorrow, but it just seems to be more than just a slight alignmnet.

I was in a accident and had to get a new front arm controller for the side that is not sticking out the guard could this have effected this situation.

With my old wheels i did not have this problem.

ur camber probably is probably out of whack...its probably sitting like this at the moment..

if you could get some photos...would help alot. We could tell exactly which way its sticking out and what could be causing it. but chances are the accident may have had something to do with it.

sounds like the car has been in an accident in the past. If your car is using the stock suspension there's no way it could be out..

unless your bushing is totalled and its causing your entire suspension assembly to be out of whack...

jack up the car and post up a few pics!
