Cold Air Intake

Good Evening!

I want to install sum pipe to suck in cold air in my r33. Im not sure if this has been discussed already but i just want to know if anyone can give me any tips or help be4 i start cutting up my car!

do a search on CAI and heatshield, should bring up a fair bit of stuff.

Do you have an aftermarket fmic?

If not, i would advise that you stick with your factory air box as it will draw cooler air than an air pod. Just put a good high flowing filter in it.

If yes, you may have one of the factory ic holes without any piping going through it. I cut this hole to make it wide enough to fit a 4in drain pipe, coming from the front of the bumper. I then put a custom partition to prevent any hot air being sucked in by the pod.

Yea Im not gonna stuff around im just going to get a hi flow Kn pannel air filter and jam that in my factory air box.
