The R32 GTR dump pipes are piss poor and a massive restriction. You can gain a fair whack of power by changing these. When the magazines refer to standard dumps being ok they are talking about the 33 and 34 which are alot better designed than the 32 ones.

Front pipes are also a good upgrade and will make the car breathe better (rev quicker and smoother due to less exhaust restriction). I also happen to have a beautiful set of Veilside front pipes for sale (unless my mechanic sold them already). They are perfect tuned length and tuck nicely under the car. Brand new they were worth $1500, I paid over $750 and would let them go for $600ish (if they havent been sold already).

Oh and your engine is out getting a rebuild? Just some free advice, I hope you got the crank collar for the oil pump fitted and sump baffles installed... could save you alot of heartache later on!
