Lights Not Powering On

Hey Guys,

I got an issue with 32 lights.

When i turn on my headlights on full (not high beams) nothing lights up on my dash and the low level lights do not turn on at all but normal ones do.

But when i turn on my fog lights the dash lights up and the low level lights come on.

Once fogs are turned off then the console dissapears and low level lights turn off.

would anyone have an idea as to what is going on ?????
