Scraping Noise From Brakes When Turning

Okay when I turn the wheel anywhere off centre to the right I get this scraping sound from the right front.. At first I thought it may have been rust build up or something because the car had been sitting for about a year. But it seems to be slowly getting worse.. Had a quick look and the pads seem fine. Sometimes dissapears for a few minutes when I do a full lock turn to the right.

you might need to remachine your discs i to had this irrating problem.

How much am I looking at for machining?

My mate has some spare discs he said I can have off his S13... Would installing these fix the noise? Car is a C33 Laurel

could also be a wheel bearing, see that a lot!!! or pads are on wear indicators

Just had another look and the inside pad is pretty low.. But I never get this sound from braking! Only turning right.
