Where does that other part go, the one on top of the Grill?

yes you can cut your gtst bonnet with an angle grinder and put it over it to look like a gtr.

not sure if the lip is actually a standard part off a gtr tho as mine was just a chopped gtst bonnet. as you can see on my car in the pics in the link
