Alarm Problems

I have a Mangoose alarm and today weve disconnected the main battery to reset ECU and now when I try and arm my alarm it just wont shut up... can anyone give me a quick solution what to do and how to get it back in the working order?

Is the alarm hooked up to your remote locking, so it arms when you lock the car with the remote? if it is it might just be out of sequence eg. you've unlocked the car with your key and not the remote, hence the immobiliser/alarm is still armed etc etc. Thats all I can think of, unless you can reset the unit......

that wouldnt be it cause it still leaves the alarm ringing.which he still has to turn of somehow and will ''resequence the alarm that you speak of''.

Annyway...It probably just your remote thats not working properly..I say its battery in the remote related.

Did you short anything while working on the car??

Its all good. I switched the alarm back on and armed it, it went off for few seconds then rearmed silently... works great.
