Pull Or Push Clutches, Need Help

Hey everyone.

Im ganna be putting a Rb30DET into my R31 skyline and I was going to put a rb25 box in too. I was wondering if I could put a Series 2 gearbox into the car, the only this is that I think that they changed the clutch from the push to the pull type from series 2 onwards.....will this matter if I put a series 2 box in?

when you go buying a new clutch all ull have to do is buy a push/pull type clutch (wat ever was used for with the box in the 33)

as far as im aware series 3 is pull.

pull clutch is 250mm

push is 240mm so id go with pull one..

but your gearbox will be the decider. IE: push or pull?

all R33 boxes are push, the only Rb25det gearbox thats pull is the one in the R34, as i have one.

also, to fit the box in your R31 youre going to need a custom gearbox mount, im about to make a set of these up so pm me if youre intrested.
