hey guys heres a question you have all probably asked but i am going to ask anyway how much boost can i run on my rb25det i have 3 inch exhaust from turbo right through plus big fmic and an apexi avcr boost controler have been told up to 14 psi but i was only going to run 12 psi, what sort of power icrease can i expect from a stock 7 psi?

For pure reliability, don't run anymore than 12 psi.

But really you should get it on a dyno to get it checked out when you do. It's very cheap insurance!

Or give me the keys for 10 minutes :)

Like Justin said get it on the dyno and see whats going on.

Sure you can run 14psi+ but reliability has NO guarantees :O

ok 12psi sounds like the go ,any idea on how much time would be needed on the dyno? and i only know of the dyno at colgraves

;) so you dont want to take me up on my offer!!!

You shouldn't need anymore than 1hour on the dyno TOPS

Its only a pre-cautionary thing really to make sure the AFR's are ok (not to lean or rich) and that everything else is working the way it should be.

Make sure the car isn't pinging its brain out like half the clowns out these days on the weekends and maybe throw some timing in or take it out if necessary.

ANY dyno would/could/should be fine if set up correctly and the operator isn't just starting out :D
