MaXiMuS007 it sound like the front input bearing not the release bearing due to the release bearing spining when the clutch is down. My box is doing the same thing, i was going to rebuild it but didnt get to. You can by the bearings from any good bearing shop and nissan dealers can get the synchro's about $100 each one. It would be better to do it before it gets worse cause it could course other problems due to movement okj mate.

my old 33 made that noise, and this new one does it too but not as bad, most of them do. just deal with it, do it at the same time / if you need a new clutch, save some labour cost, it shouldnt affect performance unless it gets really bad.
