whats the latest time for people to get down wakefield? if going down separately?...to organise key rooms etc.

Well, the person at Wakefield said they will wait until about 530pm for us

But if theres a problem getting there around then, we can work out something - like i send you the paperwork (easy, just name, address etc for their insurance) and you can either send it completed back to me, or direct to them. Then i can collect your key when i arrive and you just call me when you arrive and i walk to the gate and let you in
