Before i run off and install my new Bosch 040 in tank fuel pump i have a couple of quick questions.

I have never had my car on a dyno so dont know the current A/F ratio. It pings a little @ 1 bar of boost, so now only ever run stock boost, even still it pings lightly from time to time.

After installing me new pump, which will likely bump up the fuel line pressure, will the Nissan OE fuel regulator ensure that my rail pressure is the same as with the original Nissan fuel pump, or will the rail pressure be affected to the extent that my A/F ratios may be influenced, ie run richer.

If it forces the engine to run richer again i imagine ill loose even more hp, so should the fuel pump wait until bolt on upgrades are complete and car goes off for ECU remapping.

Since i cant find anyone competent with the Wolf ECUs on piston engines in Sydney, ill stick with the Nissan ECU, anyone in Sydney had any success with someone other then SAS??

Thanks for any help you can offer
