ok, my clutch master has been leaking slightly for the past 2 weeks, as i pulled into my driveway after work tonight i put the clutch in tomove back into first and there was a clunk and the pedal fell loosly to the floor and now i have no clutch...

ive put a few pics of the area. not sure whats wrong, if anyone can give me some pointers before it goes to the mechanics tomoro...

is it just a result of the master sh!tt!ng itself?

The cluck noise you heard was the factory welds that hold you clutch pedal together. Below i have a pic which you can see the left bracket has come apart and this is why you have some left and right movement. You will have to take you the whole clutch pedal and assembly and have it rewelded (it is not very hard to remove). Same thing happened in my 32 two weeks ago.

sounds like it could also be a broken pivot bolt. easy way to tell is to jack up the car and get underneath. on the drivers side of the gearbox you will see where the clutch forks comes out. wiggle it, if it is super loose then its pivot bolt. that means gearbox out.
