if only there was either another dog in the pic of the same type, it would of created more ripples in the water.

along with that, the way the dog has flicked his tail up and bringin water up into the air adds some really good effect to the pic.

right click on the photo file, and chose 'open with' and chose something that is a type of photo edirot (should ahve something there) and then just save as (same file name) and reduce the quality (should be a slider of some type)
