you can get a lot decent low mount turbos these days...even 30/40's etc can be low mount.

yeh, i had just bought the car so i still had all the RWC stuff in the glovebox. but now on i have a folder with ADR rules, emissions test, DB test (both emisions and DB were done on a stock 33 at courtneys work)
