Yeah has been a while... bike is at Gary's place, needs a little work (due for a major service and needs tyres) but I'm getting back in a week or so. Then riding it heaps to catch up on lost time!!

if it'll ever stop raining i'm pretty sure some sweet riding weather is just around teh corner

p.s - PAGE! FTW

Yeah, that's what treaded tyres and wet weather riding gear are for lol

But I've been without the bike for quite a while now, and have missed so many good riding days... but soon, sooooon I'll be able to go out again

Very observant, young padawan  Yeah holidays ftw. On the other hand, you can tell how much work I'm actually doing atm, so it's not all bad.

sounds just like me. i figured out that i do 2 hrs work in my ten hour day, oh and my lunch break for an hour

We just had to work out how to do no work in a 4 hour day yesterday. We were extreamly sucessful.

Yeah, I just treat riding as though everyone else is trying to kill me - always have escape routes for if you're cut off, don't sit in blind spots, don't split moving traffic (which is stupid anyway) etc. In the rain you just have to pay that little bit more attention, always pick your lines (eg don't stop in the middle of a lane at the lights, make sure you practically apex corners, don't lean it over heaps) and be gentle on the front brake. And don't crack the throttle!!
