I hang up and call again....they answer I say, "This is rediculous, the americans are partying again like they do every night and whilst im sure they're having a great time on their vacation they call going to uni abroad, im sick of it. Can you please call them and tell them to turn the music down and close their doors or i'll ring the police and ask them to do it formally."

LOL Few minutes later i hear him outside their apartment and now there is no music and no noise....finally the managers actually earn some of our enormous body corporate fees.
