yeah sounds very dodgy to me, a dealer cant sell a used car with out a roadworthy full stop. she needs to report them to fair trading & motor traders assoc. of qld

On the news this morning they said that ANY for sale sign on a car that is being driven is illegal (or going to be shortly) even with a road worthy displayed.

They said that kids were using them as a sign that they wanted to race or some crap when they were out.. the guy was like "sorry to everyone who takes selling their cars seriously, but a little brat in a lancer wants to race so now young people have ruined it for us all"
