gladstone was ok, cept dinner last saturday was at this shithouse restuarant - $34 for a steak, i asked well done they bring it out rare, i send it back its burnt charcoal on the outside and STILL rare in the middle.. total rip, i'll never go back!

big move is weekend after this, i start work up there on the 2nd april, so guess i move up on april fools day (appropriate )

If I pay $30 for steak, I like it to taste good...and like I said, theres a reason all the best restraunts in the world cook steaks only rare or medium-rare...or as the Chef likes (which is rare or medium-rare) and you don't get a choice lol.
