Whinters in Banff Canada are soooo much fun! Would like to get a job in Calgary doing design then do a few months over winter in Banff

Best Skiing/Boarding town in north america

How do you plan on living there visa wise..

You know to legalize skylines in the USA is $25k aye...

1st off its canada that I want to live in. I could easily get another 1 year visa to work + im fairly sure i could get longer as I am a young skilled worker and have family in canada

also where did you get $25k from? I have heard its no way near as hard as people make out and canada are easy as with shit, if its $25,000 in usa its probably $2,500 in canada

Seeing your talking canada, i have no idea. USA is $25k only motorex can do it, and Sean who used to do it for Motorex, I have no idea what he has called himself atm.

I have personaly spoken to Sean about bringing skylines over from Australia to Cail.

That’s keeping it RHD.

That gets you basically what our compliance is (they wouldnt tell me everything, just like they wouldn't tell anyone else). Legalized, and passed emission testing. I believe something needed to be integrated into the shell for crash testing, much like side intrusion bars, but on a pillar, only two companies know what the American Govt required to legalize skylines. Motorex and Sean (RB motorsports I think).

Your paying for there research an development. I’m not saying its worth it, just my own personal findings.

What needed to be done wasn’t apart of any govt paper work available to the public, so the only way is to crash test cars and apply to the American department for this type of thing and do whats already been done, if one would want to do it on their own.

Check both there websites? Pricing might have come done ALOT seeing skylines have come down alot on price.

Basics of doing it in canada:

Alberta

1. Get the proper paperwork (Form 1, Bill of Sale).

2. Get insurance.

3. Get an "In Transit" sticker from a registrar or arrange for towing.

4. Go to a registrar and get a "Request for Out-of-Province Inspection" (~ $7.00).

5. Take the car to a certified Out-of-Province shop and pass the OOP. You have 14 days to pass the inspection and then register the car, if you exceed 14 days, you'll have to pay for a whole new inspection.

6. Take your successful OOP paperwork, your Bill of Sale and your Form 1 to the registrar and get registeration.
