I've got a 33GTR at the shop at the moment with 275's on 19x9.5 Fortessr TE37's and they are a perfect fit. 265's on 10.5 will be a stretch fit considering they should be on 8.5 - 9 inch rims

how do the 265s feel? any rubbing at all? and how much lower is the car from standard height?

i dont want the rims sticking too much, my mate got defected for it lol, but i thnk his were stretched quite alot.

Correct. I have 265s on mine and only had scrubbing on the rear before i had my guards rolled. My car is lowered about 30mm ish on the front and about 15mm in the rear.

Will be a small stretch depending on the tyre. I doubt you would notice the difference.
