Gav called me yesterday and fuel pump is farked!

Been in touch with my good friend Andrew from KMS and he is going to drop off 455ltr/hr Walbro in-tank pump to Gav this afternoon. The relay to the fuel pump also needs to be rewired. I believe that's it.

Gav told me it has oil pressure so that's a +.

wonder why your pump stopped working?

mine sat 52 weeks, and worked.

fuel was ok to drive on too.

I want to sort out direct power to the pump, for more killerwasps

I found this strange as well. Haven't heard of Fuel Pumps dying from lack of use...

I will find out more once I speak to Gav.

I find it bizzare as well. Having said that fuel pump had not been used for 3 years. From memory Gav said as soon as he tried to crank it over the fuel fuse blew. Allegedly the fuel pump has been shorting out.
