You probably should clarify that with them, ring them and confirm that you want them to fix it, otherwise they might be sitting there waiting thinking you want to get Gavin to fix it or something.

I may. But last time I spoke to Sean (when I had to call) he said he just hasn't got around to it yet and that I would leave it in his capable hands. Happy for him to rectify it.
