I am sooooooo sick...... Called in sick at 5am and I feel like I will never move more than 3 feet ever again.

Have a lymph node in my armpit that is the size of a golf ball and it hurts when I move too much. Headache is about 5 days old now and the rather strong pain medication I took last night just gave me a hangover. Guts are churning as eating hasn't been an option for a while now. Imagine, me not hungry!!! The world is going to end!!!
