Does anyone know the best way to get injectors out of the fuel rail? I have tried twisting them back and forth but Im a bit wary of breaking the little plastic bits on the end.

why do you need to get them out of the fuel rail? Have you taken the whole rail out already?

yeah i would think take the whole rail out then they just twist and pull out slowly...at least thats how i did it with a 7M-GE

hit it wiht some vaso, or wd40, they'll be tight. get the rail out, put it on the ground and pull the injector out! (straight though lol)
