um.. sometimes i cant access task manager. i cant do a system restore.. i do a virus scan and it says the host file in system32 is infected and altered. i deleted 10-12 trojans manually. and i keep getting spyware and adware popping up.. as well as random MS dos prgrams..

download spybot (update definitions) and run that, what virus scanning do you have? (update it) run it. After all that run a scan with hijackthis...

run spybot first....download that from download.com i think, it should pick up at least a few things!
