Im not sure about copper but to anneal steel you heat to red hot and let it cool in air slowly, that makes it soft, if you quench in water it goes hard/brittle.

i dont undestand itwas working fine, ive installed nothing just bam it dont work, ive unistalled and reinstaled.. then unistalled re download and zilch

have you done a virus scan on your computer, and also done a complete defragment on it aswell to lcean up HD space?? try those things. if u havent

yes same guy, his car has been sittin there not going for ages has motor back in now just needs turbo and manifold and standard exhuast. to get back on road.

the reason is his other car has let go now, broke last night , so he has to fix this one now lol otherwise he has no car.

Alot of people are having trouble with MSN, seems to be the new version, as those with the older versions arent.

As to annealing, I did a bit of research and my verison seems to be the correct way to do it, the guy in that thread just used the wrong terms to describe what he did, he in fact hardened the washers, which is probably the best for copper anyway, but for 50c why bother when they play such a critical role.
