Oh this is going to be good...Pie charts and bar graphs time, Throw in some user testimonials and crap about % of user uptake.

hopefully its nothing too formal. User testimonials shouldn't be hard. Everyone loves it.

I spent my day providing enlightenment to my superiors by way of spread sheet detailing the work we have on and the resource cost for each thing, Apparently actually learning what it is we do is too hard so changing the way we provide productivity information and resourcing is easier for them as they can "manipulate the metrics" more effectively with the new Service desk system that crashes 8 times a day. I need to forget everything I know so I too can become an executive manager.

we have to do this every month. It's painful
