go the subie.

for the amount of off roading youre looking at, its bot worth giving up the car feeling.

just keep up those upper engine cleans.

I am almost there with you. However people we go camping with have a Prado, a Vitara and a Navara. The Suzuki stands a better chance of being able to go wherever they go, which would be nice.

Will have to go drive both and see where that leaves us.

24 hour test drive through the mountains?

24 hour trial as a grocery getter would be better! Don't need it to be a good mountain runner, just needs to be a solid car like the 3 is with added 4x4

Mr Scott, Mr Tony, Mr Bunta, Mr Luke.... *sup nod*

What you say is true. Those 24 hour test drives must be awesome!

So, I've done some research into sprint days. Categories are as follows: 4 cyl, 6 cyl, 8 cyl and AWD. Turbo/super charged vehicles move up on category therefore Mike and Nick will be in the same category for sprints.

So will Martin

And Matt

And Zeke

And everyone else who wants to rip apart the Abomination

Nice. So you're going for a brand new one?

With the Forrester no, the new model has a range of limitations that put it out of the running, So for Forester we would be looking at a 2012 to 2010, Vitara will likely be new, especially if I lease, Remserv was offering very good deals on Vitara for QLD government employees as in 4k below retail good

With the new vitara, what are servicing costs like in order to maintain warranty?

With RWD, I believe so. If you can demonstrate that the car will only be running in RWD mode without the ability to switch on track, I don't see it being an issue.

Ants should join in as well. I would love to see a stock standard NA R33 beat his ass around QR. Although, I'm pretty sure that Martin will run the Pinny and flog him.

Nick is too much of a skirt to enter so we won't be able to :(

If i lease, the cost of servicing is built in. but its around 300 bucks per 10,000km
