No way! The best time of my life was about a year ago when my diet consisted only of coles brand rice bubbles and diet lemonade. I ate only coles brand rice bubbles and diet lemonade for 2 weeks straight. It was so tasty! But I must admit it was good to get back to normal food :woot:

sorry guys went out for lunch....

john i'm unsure about the laws but i think its fine as long as ya wheels dont stick out past the guard end..

prices for something like that hmm i dunno really, depends who fabricates it really...

and anna yeah that blue 33 is the nicest widebody i've seen in ages and thats what i want HLUCN8 to look like.

Nah. She doesn't really have that many friends. I just feel bad for her because my mum wants her to do uni by correspondence. My dad doesn't want her to do uni at all. He is of the old school belief that disabled people are destined to sit at home and crochet rugs, or bake cookies for the endeavour foundation. Which is exactly what he wants her to do. I reckon she needs to get the hell outta there and go to uni.

Then she asked me if I was going home for Christmas, and I said no, and explained why (we spent the last 2 christmases with my family, and andy's family missed out, so I think it's only fair this year, we go to his mum's place for christmas). She didn't like it, got the shits and said 'fine' then blocked me. Little wench :woot:

Bake cookies and make rugs? My opinion is that is more for people that are mentally impared. Tell her to do what she wants to do.

noy.... so would it just be possible to take my car to a body kit shop or somethin like dmd and say "hey, this is the wide end i want dont with mine, can you's do it using my gaurds" etc?

yeah just show em a pic and they go from there.. any fibreglass shop should be able to do it mate...

LOL yep definately sounds like she's ur sister :woot:

LOL shhhh

Anna. was that rice bubbles with lemonade instead of milk?

my weekend sucked, work sucked

but i got Guitar HEro 2 yay

no no the rice bubbles were just plain. No milk. So crunchy. And they'd stick to the roof of your mouth

Not a fan of the guitar hero game... I prefer my singstar & dance mat

oh and here's a night shot of it anna... looks good..

oo00o0o000o very perrrdy!

1 thing id suggest if u get it done john, make sure U keep all of the moulds that they make, because ur the one paying for it all and if they want to keep them to reproduce later, charge them for it

ah. but still, when you have two people, holidng the little plastic guitats and jumping around etc, its kinda like the dance matt, lol, just without the dancing.

yeah dont really like the vent in the rear but that wide looks good not too wide but PHAT.

yeah, im sure i saw this car in person at the 2005 MSC, could be mistaken though, looks awesome from the back to,, i will see if i still got the pics.

there is actually a thread in the QLD sectyion a while back when someone asked about buying trhe kit, and theres a few videos of it, anyway would lovet o see the end result.

    • I agree on doing some better than factory pistons, rods, and oil pump. For anyone using the vehicle on the road, I don't get why everyone wants big cams. The stock cam profile, with some more lift would be mint for road usage. Everyone going big cams and then wondering why it isn't as responsive in traffic, when they've shifted the torque curve upwards an additional 1000RPM. Make torque, at lower RPM. Sure it's not as cool as claiming "500KW" and revving it to 8,0000RPM, but that same torque 2,000RPM earlier... Then you don't need the extremely high end pistons and rods, and blah blah blah.
    • Personal experience. Those f**kers burn. And are actually a PITA to put out. Next time I walk down the back, I'll snap a photo of what the inside of the bonnet looks like when that thing ignites. PS, powder fire extinguishers are useless on that stuff too as it's fibrous and when it ignites, it starts to pull apart. And you end up just blowing powder through a sieve effectively.   Like the big thing is, if it's fire resistant, it's job is to stop what burning? The METAL above it? It's just to try keep heat off the bonnet paint work.
    • Oh man, sorry, $60.00000000... 😛
    • That's more or less what he meant. What it really means is that you do not have to go full crazy on the build. Don't need the best oil pump, expensive rods & pistons, big cams, etc. You can upgrade whatever you want instead of using stock level items, but you don't have to. Having said that - any time an RB is opened up, if anything is getting replaced, I think the opportunity should be taken to do all the sensible upgrades. Pistons, rods, pump, etc.
    • February update 🙂 We managed to get the very last 1/18th "Extra Scale" cars stock available from bookstores in Kyoto. These are actually the last ones and will not be restocked again! Hachette Collections Japan have not decided on a release date for these or other models in the series, so for the time being these are all there are available new.  These are showing up on Yahoo auctions at inflated prices already (especially the Celica and NSX) so get yours now at a very reasonable price before they disappear!
