or

http://www.j-spec.com.au/list/index.php?ID=8279

and they can be pimped :/

not to mention the whole series 7 RX7 are hot, and Supras,

yeah, im so cut, i thought i was going to have every family car at my disposal, but dads leaving the merc at airport. :/ so i only got 3 to drive :) no fair.

yeah, and there are actually better cars for the buck now, with more features, and stuff. i still cannot beleive the new camry aurion has 200KW, makes out turbo cars look soft

Yeah... but its not really a quality item. Its still fwd, and its still too big to be fwd.

But it does look at HEAP better than the camarys. They really are the most ugly car in the world atm, other than french cars.

Get the new bmw 335i! They're seriously hot and fast. My dad and I drove one the other day. We ended up buying a Lexus is250 as it raped the bmw on features and dad is more concerned with features than power but still. Perfect for a middle aged buyer...if you have 130k that is.

My old man was really into that, or a m3, but the dealer told me dad to wait till the new model of the M3 is released, which is meant to be a even faster, better version of that turbo 3,

I've heard reports the 335 has been somewhat detuned for the want of a better word so the v8 will have enough power etc to make it worth the extra money. Just what I have heard tho.

meh is all I have to say about the v8 m3. The 335 was fast enough, a 3l 6 twin turbo is pretty quick. Bigger turbos are always available if you really need more power the v8 will just be another way for them to make more money. Bullsh*t the numbers, flare the guards some more and put on the 20's....oh and add 50k. You really have to be a bmw lover to justify the price they ask.

anyone got office 2007 on their computer? used to have it but got a new laptop and im starting from scratch (my old laptop fcked up) Im way to tight to pay for everything again and I cbf downloading it.

And this is just funny. Us skimboarders have a little saying ruuuun drrrop sliiiidde. But we just dont!

1 step drop is where its at, and he cant do it! haha!

i personally like the 355 or newer ferrari's.....but don't mind massaratti's or newer lambo's.

yeah dad went ant test dorve that maserati coupe, (v8 twin turbo) and all that, was all happy till they told him 21.2 litres per 100ks, :/

alsmot as bad as the porsche cayenne v8 turbo

    • Hey @Butters, did you end up getting this clutch in ? I have just ordered to a uniclutch track to go in my getrag 6 speed that’s in my BNR 32
    • I know you don't want to hear this comment, but I can't not say it.  I just can't see 200kw being worth the time and effort. Its like guys with NA cars, putting in headers/exhaust/tune for a massive 20% jump in power. Great, the slow car is still slow and you're down $10,000.  My vote is leave it NA or price in a gearbox upgrade and shoot for at least 300KW, preferably 350KW+.  Now you have a NC that will try to kill you from time to time and will be exciting to drive
    • Ah yep. The main message I want to pass on is, try not to get scared of ghosts when thinking about knock/knock detection.  What I mean is, healthy engines make noise. Knock is also noise. Your knock sensor and ECU combo are trying to determine bad noise from good noise based on how loud the noise is. The factory knock sensors and ECU are not good at doing this.  Modern ECU's are pretty decent at it, however I'd still say that you would want to verify that if your ECU says it's knock, that you actually listen to it and confirm that it is correct.  Are you familiar with the plex knock monitor?  https://www.plex-tuning.com/products/plex-knock-monitor-v3/ I expect you're the type of person that would be very keen to play with something like this. It is great knock detection and you can pop some headphones on and listen to what's going on.  Knock that you've deliberately induced in low load low RPM areas is not really putting anything at risk and is a great tuning/learning/verification tool.  I just thought this was worth mentioning based on the way you were talking about setting up a base map and the Haltech base map settings. There are better ways to spend your time then chasing ghosts and worrying about detonation in scenarios that it is crazy unlikely to encounter it.  I was also wondering, what ECU are you planning to get? Will it be long til you pick it up?
    • This came quicker than I thought. It ain't even 2025 yet.
    • I somehow quoted my post instead of editing it. I regret nothing.
