I Want To Get As Much Information On The Vq30det As Possible

i've been looking into teh VQ30DET motor out of the cima and would like to get as much information on it as possible. as it is a fairly new engine there doesn't seem to be much information out there yet.

i'm looking for things like power capabilities on std bottom end, what internals are in the engien, i.e forged crank and rods, rev limit, what sort of modifications can be done to have a more reliable engine, like i've heard the head gaskets are pretty weak, i also don't like the design of the inlet manifold..

are the VG30DETT and VQ30DET internals similar, like can i use VG30DETT forged pistons and a set of cams from a VG30DETT???

basically i'd like to get my hands on as much information as i can, i think this would have to be one of nissan's toughest motors behind teh RB26's... too bad they don't make a manual gearbox to suit the VQ..
