i'd hardly call this "mind blowing"... just look at the power to weight ratio.

No, why not?! Sure it's a stripped down car, but the fact remains it blows away a Ferrari and a Carrera GT. I would have thought that their badges alone were a benchmark for performance.

The other reason I labelled it mind blowing is that most people's perception of an electric car is a gutless, slow mode of transport, so having seen the performance of this most (bar you) would prob agree.

The power to weight might be different but those two cars are not exactly the heaviest of cars huh!
