New Avcr Install - No Power After 4000rpm (r33 Gtst)

Hi!

I just installed my new AVCR and set the boost to 10 psi, after it hits 4000 rpm it seems to loose power and starts putting and popping out of the back.

I have connected the apexi valve after the actuator (donut shaped one) and removed the original boost valve, I have connected the other nipple to the intake on the other side of the engine, and the third nipple vents to atmosphere ..

I have T'd in the apexi pressure sensor where my turbo timer was plugged in (behind the intake manifold) which seems to also feed to some sort of pressure sensor below and next to the brake cylinder.

I then adjusted the boost to below 7 psi and it still does the same thing, however when I set the Apexi boost controller to "off" the car seems to run mostly very well...

I have done the gear judge, I have learn set .. and the duty cycle has "***" which states it is learning ..

The question is how do I get rid of that awful loss of power after 4k?
