Accessory Cables Under Seat :s

I have an R33 and under both the driver and passenger seats there are cables. These cables are not connected to anything, should they be? what are they there for. here are some pictures of what i am talking about.

the passenger side one it the catalitic converter temperature probe harness, as for the drivers side, i have never noticed it. sorry

They were for the seatbelt pretensioners on the old Jap belts.

I've wondered what that cable under the seat was for and the pretentioners sound about right..

Why would the ones installed @ compliance not have this sort of pretentioner?

What!? explosive canisters?! I dont think i would want those seat belt tensioners in my car! HAHAH! It was kinda like the red flare i got with my car. WTF! Not with NT heat you would want that in the car! LOL!

But my seat belts work. So why is the cable floating around.

But more importantly is it anything to worry about??

mine is attached under the seat n plugged it, i assumed that the wire was for the dash seatbelt warning, so when theres a passenger without a seatbelt the seatbelt light lites up
