Hello all,

Im sure this question would have been answered before, but I cant seem to find an exact fiqure? I'm trying to find the QLD LEGAL vehicle hieght. And from what point of the car is it measured, lowest part of the car?

I've heared rumors beyond stupidity, like the blue people measuring with an actual wheel thing to find if its a legal height.

Thanks guys :)

in nsw i believe its 100mm. and yes the cops do use a height wheel to make sure. i got done with 20s on the car, it was 100mm high, but the exhaust hung down to 45mm above the deck. lucky i know people that "fix" these things...

The height wheel has been used in Qld for a few years (its actually 97.9mm IIRC). The law is that the lowest part of the vehicle (aside from wheels and mud flaps) must be greater than 100mm from the ground (this includes exhaust, chassis, body kit, etc).
