R33 Gt-st Gearbox Capacity

Hey guys,

before you all start i tried to search for this but every time i did it just returned an error.

anyway question is, how much oil am i looking at putting into my 33 gt-st box?

i bought 3 liters of motul gear oil.

will i use all this?

looks like im buying another 1L bottle of oil.

just to add to the diy, if you are having trouble getting a pump into the filler hole, just take out the gear shifter and fill from there. you need a pair of circlip pliers to do it. then you just leave the filler plug open and have someone under the car to tell you when the oils starts coming out.

Redline Box Oil Write Up

Bottom line is, I bought the US Gallon bottle of the redline stuff (about 3.7L) and had some left over. Indicating around 3.3-3.5L's Capacity. That was done using a pump under the car and using he proper filler hole til the oil started coming back out.
