i would look at winding the aac valve all the way in, turn the car on, let it warm up, if it stays at the same ldle then its a vacume leak or the aac valve has a f*ked soleinoid. try twisting your tps and playing wiht that... or check the vacume line on your fuel pressure reg. could be too high or to low,,,
