Urgent Help - R32 Gtr Vspec 2 Question

Hi all.....

I'm just about to buy a R32 GTR VSpec2 and i'm trying to determine if the car is actaully a VSPEC 2 model or just a VSPEC

I've been told that the VSPEC 2 models rear diff housing is finned......the car i'm about to buy dosn't have a finned rear diff housing.

Can someone with a VSPEC2 confirm this.....

The finned diff/non finned diff does not relate to whether an R32 is a v-spec or not. It simply relates to how late a model year it is. The later ones don't have fins...

V Spec 2's have Brembos and so need 17" wheels

Or it could be VSpec 2 N1's only that have Brembos

Yep the car has Brembos and the right tyre size for a VSpec 2 but no finned rear diff

As far as i know you can only use the "finned" rear diff check on a R33 GTR to see if its a VSpec...

V spec II's are extremely rare so you'd expect to pay quite a bit. Post the VIN number and we'll be able to tell you if its a V Spec II or not.
