i don't know where its leakin from ... the gauge just says it boosts up to about 300mmhg ... one mechanic said its got a leak but he said he put a gauge on it and it said 6 psi ... 300mmhg is around 6 psi ... he said there was a leak on it cause it should be around 8 psi ... and yeah i want at least 8 psi :P

car is pretty stock as rock too ...

Hmmm? You'd hear a high pitched squeal as the turbo reaches full boost if there was a boost leak. Even a minor leak will cause this. Have a good listen to the engine as the turbocharger spools up. If you're not sure what to listen for drop around to my place & I'll check it for you (fixed the odd boost leak in the past).

By the way, my car ran 7psi max when stock.

I have a fancy pants Fluidampr harmonic balancer on order, the 2.5 engine uses the OEM 2.0 balancer off the old motor as the 2.5 balancer is a larger unit and doesn't fit clearance wise, which, because the two engines have different harmonics, isn't optimal, the OEM balancer does the job, but as the gear driven balancer in the bottom end is removed to fit a RWD application there is slightly more vibration, the Fluidampr helps with the harmonics that the gear driven balancer once took care of,  basically makes life easier on the oil pump and bearings when thrashing it around Hopefully the weather gets better soon because I'm keen for some cruising around, and currently, with the winds and storms we are getting, the amount of detritus being blown around from trees on the road isn't something I want to be driving around in
