Hks Pfc F-con

has anyone fitted a hks pfc f-con before in a r32 gtr i know it is a plug in but there is 3 other wires coming from it does anyone know where they go to

The PFC F-CON does exist, he is not confused.

The three wires could be for a MAP sensor kit? Does it have female connectors on the ends of them? This is the case on the latest F-CONs.

Yep the three wires are for the MAP sensor, it should of came with the extension loom and sensor.

That is not a photo of the PFC F-CON; the one on question looks almost like a old school SAFC with the dials on the front if I'm not mistaken.
