Just curious,

Shopping around for some tires since recent accident.

I was curious if these are reasonable prices for these tyres:

Toyo Proxes T1R's

235/40/17 - $250

255/40/17 - $280

Does anyone know if there are any cheaper places in Sydney to buy these tyres?

For 215/45/17s I got between $250-300. I suggest you ring around, say what prices you got etc.

But going by that those prices cant be that bad.

Yea i prefer these tyres since i have heard that a lot of people are really happy with these tyres.

Well that unless there are new tyres going around that are even better than these for street use.

i have t1'rs on the back of my car and sport maxx's on the front of my car

the sport maxx is a new model tyre it is excellent and rated above the t1's in wheels magazine recent tyre test.

the only negative i can tell about the dunlops when compared to the t1rs is road noise, but its not bad.
