Need help on importing

Hey guys. I go into the AF in august and i am being stationed in Japan. I went around to Jap dealer sites and the Skylines are around 18 grand for an r34. I was wondering what i would need to do to make it emissions legal. I get it shipped to the US for free so i just have to make it legal. Any help would be greatly appreciated

you would be better off consulting someone in America in regards to the emission laws as they would know more about the rules and regulations of their own country

i cant find anyone that knows

ive tried eveyone even the company tat imports skylines

motorex...and they wont tell me cause they want me to get it from them...and im not paying 95 grand for an r34

97GS-TSPyder, i don't think it would make any difference even if you do find out the emissions etc...because you can't do it yourself anyway.

you still have to legalise it - and that must be done thru an RI who have done crash testing, submitted a petition, and got approval for Skylines such as:
