Hmm ok so i was thinking of getting a skyline as my first car. in victoria the law is a power to weight ratio of a certain amount.. a r33 gts-t is more than that, yet i still see a number of people driving them. is there a loop hole that allows probationary drives to be allower them?

There is no loop hole.

There are illegally driving thier vehicles.
